COLOURED SANITARY SILICONE FOR GROUTING CERAMIC TILES AND SEALING
FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL USE

| ATLAS SILTON S is designed for grouting ceramic tiles, especially in corners, between wall and floor, and at expansion joints. It may be also used to fill gaps at sanitary devices e.g. bathtubs, shower bases and sinks, as well as kitchen furniture, air-ducts and pipes of sanitary and heating systems. ATLAS SILTON S is particularly suitable for sanitary rooms e.g. bathrooms, shower cabins, WCs, kitchens, laundries and other rooms of increased humidity. It is characterised by very good adhesion to common non-absorptive building materials such as ceramic tiles (glazed tiles, terracotta, gres tiles, clinker), glass, and china, faience and enamelled elements. ATLAS SILTON S can be also used on surfaces covered with strongly adhering paint layers and on metal surfaces with anticorrosion protection; however, this type of use (as well as in case of other non typical surfaces) requires an adhesion test. Do not use this silicone for mending fish tanks, mirrors, and on any surfaces that may have direct contact with food or potable water. ATLAS SILTON S with ATLAS GROUT and ATLAS EDGE TRIMS are a set of products used for professional finish of various tiles. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. |

| ATLAS SILTON S is a high-quality sealer based on silicone elastomer. Owing to specially matched additives, it is resistant to fungi and mould. In reaction with moisture of air, it forms a durable, elastic and water-proof seal layer. Its resistance to UV rays, ageing and effect of cleaning agents ensures lasting colour and outstanding look of joints. ATLAS SILTON S maintains its properties in a wide range of temperatures: from -40°C to +180°C. A wide range of colours (40 colours) corresponding with colours of ATLAS GROUT (2÷6 mm) makes it easier to match the appropriate silicone with adhesive and tile colour. ATLAS SILTON S is frost- and water-proof. |

| The substrate should be dry and free from dust, dirt, grease, rust, poorly adhering layers and other contamination (e.g. the remainder of older sealants) that may reduce adhesion of the silicone. Surfaces adjacent to places to be cover with the silicone should be protected with protective tapes. |

| First cut off the tip of a caulking cartridge and appropriately cut its nozzle adjusting it to joint width. Place the caulking cartridge in a caulking gun. Press the silicone into the joint with a little excess. The action must be smooth; do not leave any gaps and empty spots. Smooth the silicone with a putty-knife or another suitable tool soaked e.g. in a soap-water solution. Finish the work in 5 minutes from silicone application. The work must be done in dry conditions and in temperatures ranging from +5°C to +40°C. | 300 ml caulking cartridge is sufficient for ca. 18 rm of joints of 4x4 mm in section. |

| Caulking gun, putty-knife or other tools for smoothing joints and for removing excess material. Remove fresh dirt using mineral spirits. Dried silicone can only be removed mechanically. |

| Transport and keep the silicone dry in tightly closed original packaging, in temperatures from +5°C to +25°C. Shelf life is 18 months from the production date on the packaging. |

| Keep out of the reach of children. Avoid contact with skin. Avoid contact with eyes and in case of contact, immediately rinse them with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Ensure appropriate ventilation during work. |
