Product description

Concrete admixture designed for:
- Production of self-thickening concrete (SCC) and concrete of high fluidity,
- Production of concrete for application under water,
- Production of concrete for specific geotechnical works,
- Production of concrete with low content of fine aggregate fraction,
- Production of liquified concrete with liquifying admixtures based on PCE,
- Production of concrete with required high resistance to segregation what reduces concrete bleeding,
- Production of pumpable concrete,
- Production of sprayed concrete.

DOSAGE

Recommended:                0.2 — 1.2 % of cement mass
Optimum:                           0.2 — 0.5 % of cement mass
Dosage depends on i.e. binder type, ambient temperature, aggregate grading curve.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT

Keep in original, undamaged containers in temperature from +5°C up to +30°C. Protect from freezing and intense sunlight. Mix the product after prolonged storage.

APPLICATION

ATLAS DURUFLOW VM-500 admixture should be added to mixture in combination with batched water. Admixture can be applied in order to improve homogeneity of mixture which fractions are separated. Mixing time must be sufficient to obtain homogenous concrete mixture and should be determined by trials. After forming, concrete should be properly maintained in order to reach the designed parameters.
