ATLAS ZW 330 is intended for repairing, levelling and filling building substrates inside and outside buildings. It can be used on both walls and floors, with a layer thickness of 3 to 50 mm.
The range of applications includes, among others:
– filling cavities and levelling uneven surfaces,
– rebuilding and repairing corners of walls, columns, beams, stair edges, landings and platforms, balconies,
– filling grooves after removed or installed installations (in walls and floors), also in the area of point and linear drains and linear drains,
– full-surface levelling of walls – including multi-layer rendering with a layer thickness of up to 5 cm (single layer thickness up to 3 cm), with render class II or III,
– execution of reinforced repair layers strengthened with fibreglass mesh,
– repair and profiling of window reveals (e.g. when replacing joinery),
– filling and repairing existing cement floors, reprofiling their slopes,
– shaping of facets and corners,
– replenishing render coatings, levelling surfaces,
– shaping slopes in the area of linear drains, on balconies, terraces, in shower cubicles, installing drains,
– filling in walls at installation passages through building walls.
– base coat for thin-coat and decorative renders; suitable for embedding reinforcing mesh in render-only systems (over masonry substrates)
Execution of floor screeds bonded to the substrate.
Types of substrates repaired – cement and cement-lime plasters, concrete and reinforced concrete, aerated concrete, cement screeds, as well as unrendered brick and ceramic or silicate block walls.
Type of finishing layer – ceramic tile cladding, smooth finishes, thin-coat renders, floor panels, etc.
ATLAS ZW 330 mortar is produced in the form of a dry mix of the highest quality cement binder, quartz fillers and refining additives.
It allows for very quick commencement of subsequent works – under normal conditions (T=23o C, R.H.=50%):
– walking on the substrate after approx. 5 hours,
– tile bonding after approx. 8 hours (with a mortar layer thickness of 5 mm),
– adhering tiles after approx. 12 hours (with a mortar layer thickness of 10 mm),
– laying panels or carpets after approx. 72 hours (with a layer thickness of 5 mm).
Adjustable consistency – a very wide range from thick plastic (14% mixing water addition) to semi-liquid (19% mixing water addition).
High mechanical strength:
– compressive strength min. 25 MPa,
– bending strength min. 5.0 MPa.
Reinforced with polypropylene fibres, which:
– reduce the formation of shrinkage cracks during the setting stage of the mortar,
– allow for thick-layer repairs and stable fillings on vertical surfaces without the mortar running down,
– reduce the occurrence of fine microcracks that may appear during use, bridging them in the mortar structure.
Wide range of layer thicknesses – from 3 to 50 mm in a single cycle. The wide range of mortar consistency options, very wide range of applications and range of layer thicknesses, repairs and fillings allow for multifunctional use of the product in a wide spectrum of applications.
