Every ATLAS product is covered by a standard manufacturer’s warranty — full details are available in the General Conditions of Sale on our website.

 

In addition, ATLAS offers extended 10-year and 25-year guarantees* for EWI systems:

  • the 10-year guarantees are available to non-funded projects and apply exclusively to projects carried out by ATLAS Authorised Installers,
  • the 25-year guarantees are available under publicly funded schemes and apply exclusively to projects carried out by ATLAS Authorised Installers.

 

All guarantees must be registered prior the commencement of works and are subject to formal approval by ATLAS. These guarantees cover materials only and do not extend to workmanship or installation quality.

ATLAS training is mandatory for contractors wishing to become eligible to apply for a system guarantee. However, participation in ATLAS training or inclusion in ATLAS Authorised Installers does not constitute a guarantee of workmanship or installation quality.

 

All guarantee applications are assessed independently of the training and authorisation process. System guarantees are issued only after all documentation and quality requirements have been met and verified by ATLAS.

 

It is important to note that system guarantees and investigations relate solely to ATLAS products and their performance, and are therefore completely separate from any workmanship guarantees or obligations offered by the installer.

The status of ATLAS Authorised Installer is an internal ATLAS designation granted solely for the purpose of identifying contractors who have completed ATLAS training and met specific internal criteria. This status does not imply any legal partnership, representation, or warranty of workmanship, nor can it be used as grounds for any claim or liability against ATLAS.

 

ATLAS shall not be held liable for any statements, representations, or claims made by contractors or third parties regarding their authorisation status. The only documents that constitute binding obligations or commitments from ATLAS are official written communications, including Guarantee Certificates and formal correspondence, duly signed and issued by ATLAS.

To help buildings and their users enjoy the full benefits of ATLAS systems, routine maintenance is required to be carried out in line with the ATLAS Facade Maintenance and Renovation available to download from our website. This tailored guide is provided to the property owner or occupier upon completion of the project and explains how the system can be maintained to ensure optimal performance over the lifetime of the system installed. It includes guidance on inspection schedules, recommended cleaning, upkeeping and troubleshooting.

 

In the unlikely event of a performance issue post-installation, ATLAS will arrange an inspection and provide a detailed report with findings and recommendations for remedial action*. Our Technical Team is always available to offer support, advice, and assistance to ensure residents and building owners have access to the right information and guidance required to maximise the lifetime benefits of ATLAS systems.
