Product description

• for jointing gypsum plasterboards with manufacture shaped edges without the need to use reinforcing tapes (the use of an additional reinforcing tape is recommended in the case of:
– edges of panels cut and chamfered on construction site,
– in structural systems which are subject to deformation during use, e.g. in single-layer panel structures or in areas particularly susceptible to cracking (e.g. attic buildings, wall corners, areas where panel structures meet partitions made using traditional technologies, etc.),

• for manual filling,

• for indoor use.

Properties

the mix is produced on the basis of high-strength gypsum of the alpha variety, mineral fillers and modifying additives,

due to the application and the specific operating conditions, the mortar is modified with elasticised polymers and additionally rein-forced with cellulose fibres,

the appropriate amount of polymers improves the elasticity and adhesion of the compound to the substrate,

the fibre content strengthens and compacts the material struc-ture, increasing its resistance to cracking and enhancing the me-chanical strength of the overall joint,

the mortar obtained after mixing the material with water is plas-tic, easy to apply and to profile,

does not undergo excessive shrinkage (pulling in) during the hard-ening and drying process and does not develop stresses that can cause surface cracking,

once the mass has hardened, it forms a highly durable bond be-tween the plasterboards,

no need for reinforcing tapes and therefore fewer workmanship steps, reduces jointing time and the cost.
