Your tasks

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Sales Representative who thrives within a targeted fast paced environment to join the team. Previous experience with External Wall Insulation (EWI), amongst other building products is desired. Your daily activities will include:

  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities and building relationships with existing and potential customers (building materials merchants, building suppliers, render centres, etc.)
  • Building distribution via direct and indirect supplies
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications
  • Product presentations and trainings – promotion of ATLAS offering to consumers: installers and home-owners
  • Representing ATLAS at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Installer/Site visits when required

Our requirements
  • Experience in sales (building materials or construction/decorative products)
  • Experience with External Wall Insulation (EWI) would be an advantage

Specification Sales Manager
Location:
Manchester, Greater Manchester / North West England
Your tasks
  • Target contractors, buyers, and distribution partners – provide technical support (especially EWI systems including legal environment, regulations)
  • Identify new projects from new and existing customers
  • Prepare/gain written specifications for EWI systems and other relevant systems in manufacturer offering
  • Planning and delivering other technical sales activities
  • Converting specified projects into orders, follow -up: providing technical information, technical trainings and samples to clients
  • Visiting installers and construction sites
  • Submit monthly reports (activities, mileage and expenses)
  • Carry out any other related tasks at the request of the supervisor
  • Effectively communicate and drive interdepartmental cooperation
  • Present CPD seminars to designers and investors, actively self-generate these seminars
