ATLAS GEMINI RSX is an excellent choice for building facades, including those with External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS). This render is highly recommended when using intense and pastel colours or when a variety of renders and colours are combined on a single facade, such as mosaic renders, structural renders, mineral renders with various textures, or stencil renders. ATLAS GEMINI RSX is also an excellent choice for facades that require high resistance to various challenges:
Mechanical Damage: It stands up to heavy use in high-traffic areas like playgrounds, pedestrian gates, driveways, and parking zones.
Dirt and Pollution: The render resists dirt, heavy dust, and industrial pollutants, keeping the facade cleaner for longer.
Solar Radiation: It protects facades with vivid, intense colours from strong sunlight, preventing fading and damage.

BIOSEC TECHNOLOGY
The BIOSEC TECHNOLOGY offers lasting protection through the ATLAS CAPS system, which uses microcapsules to slowly and consistently release biocidal agents throughout the lifespan of the render. This innovative approach ensures a high concentration of active biocides is maintained, even during prolonged, heavy rainfall. The capsules release their contents quickly in response to moisture, guaranteeing the necessary concentration to effectively protect the coating from biological growth like algae and mould. This performance has been officially confirmed, meeting the standards of PN-EN 15458:2014 and validated in the ITB-KOT 2020/1616 document (edition 4).
CLEAN TECHNOLOGY
Thanks to a high concentration of silicone resins and siloxanes, this dense structure of the render creates a powerful and long-lasting hydrophobic effect, working both on the surface and within the material itself. The intense water-repellent qualities of the render ensure that neither rain nor surface-level dust can penetrate the material, providing lasting protection even in the face of long-term, heavy rainfall.
With its extremely low water absorption and fast drying properties, this render significantly reduces the risk of biological growth like mould, algae, and lichens appearing on its surface immediately after rain stops.
In could or humid conditions, such as temperature from 0°C to 10°C and humidity above 80%, you can speed up the setting of ATLAS GEMINI RSX render by using the ATLAS ESKIMO G additive. Simply add 125 ml of the additive per 25 kg of the product. This formula ensures faster resistance to early rain and a quicker setting time for the render.
The powerful surface hydrophobicity and a dense, flawless structure prevent dust and dirt particles from sticking permanently. Rainfall acts as a natural cleaning agent, simply washing away surface dirt and keeping your façade pristine for years to come.
NO LIMIT COLOR
With a composition of high-quality silicone and siloxane resins, along with UV-protective additives, this render provides an unlimited colour palette. This means you can use even the most intense and dark colours without any restrictions, as long as the reinforced layer is made with ATLAS GRAWIS ULTRA. This freedom allows you to use a wide range of colours on a single façade, from crisp white to deep black. When choosing your colours, please refer to the instructions in the table below and use ATLAS system solutions for best results.
ELASTOMAX TECHNOLOGY
ElastoMAX Technology is a unique formulation with a high concentration of specialised plastic dispersions, hydrophobic agents, and additives. This blend gives the render exceptional elasticity and deformability. This is particularly vital for facades that experience significant temperature fluctuations between adjacent areas or are subjected to thermal shock from sudden temperature changes. Furthermore, the structure of the render is reinforced with a mix of different fibres, providing superior deformability and extreme resistance to impact and hail. For example, when applied over an ATLAS GRAWIS ULTRA reinforced adhesive layer, ATLAS GEMINI RSX render achieves:
Impact Resistance: An impressive 140 Joules of impact resistance. This was achieved with a system reinforced with a combination of ATLAS 150 and SSA-1111-340-SM mesh.
Hail Resistance: Withstands hail impacts at speeds of over 100 km/h (30 m/s). These results were the maximum achievable on the testing equipment, using a system reinforced with ATLAS 150 and SSA-1111-340-SM mesh.
Superior Elasticity: Thanks to the addition of reinforcing fibres, ATLAS GEMINI RSX has a high degree of deformability, giving it exceptional elasticity and mechanical strength.
