Product description

• Recommended for interior plastering of cellular concrete - in rooms with normal air humidity, also in kitchens and bathrooms. • Forms a category III plaster - can be used as a traditional two-layer plaster, consisting of a base coat and a top coat, as an undercoat or topcoat. • It is suitable for machine or manual plastering - the use of plastering units enables work to progress very quickly. Types of substrates - substrates with increased thermal insula-tion: cellular ceramics and cellular concrete; surfaces of concrete, aerated concrete, chipboard, cement and cement-lime plaster.

Main properties

It has enhanced performance - thanks to a specially developed formulation, it provides a performance of approximately 50 % higher than traditional cement plaster.

It adheres perfectly to the substrate - thanks to the lime, it thoroughly fills all the irregularities of the wall, seals it and bonds strongly to bricks, blocks etc.

It transmits and distributes stresses very well - thanks to its lime content, it is a resilient plaster that protects itself from crack-ing.

It allows for an increase in the distance between vertical expansion joints - compared to plasters where cement is the only binder.

Reduces wall absorption - the tightness of the cement-lime render protects the wall from water penetration into its structure and protects against the negative effects of this phenomenon, such as the development of biological corrosion.

It has excellent workability - the lime content makes the mor-tar very easy to prepare and apply.

It is easy to apply and trowel - the low volumetric weight makes the plaster very convenient to work with, both when plastering walls and ceilings.

It is highly vapour-permeable - the plaster layer does not inter-fere with the vapour-permeability of masonry made of porous materials such as cellular concrete.

ATLAS LIGHT MACHINE APPLIED PLASTER is produced as a dry mixture of the highest quality cement binder, lime, quartz fillers, perlite and refining additives.
