Product description

ATLAS STOPTER K-100 is a mix of polymer resins, polyamide fibres, modifiers and fillers.

Highly flexible – allows for obturation of thermal stress and impacts because of:
- rich content of special polymer resins,
- strictly selected mix of polyamide fibres.

Forms thermal insulation of impact resistance of 120 J – element of PREMIUM thermal insulation set (with mix of ATLAS 150 mesh and armored 340 g/m² mesh); such load corresponds to hit of a ball kicked by a professional football player.

Greatly durable in use – base coat durability and resistance to atmospheric factors is improved owing to the use of mix of dispersion of plastics, special additives and modifiers.

Hydrophobisation of surfaces – allows for application of rendering coats without priming, which accelerates the process of ETICS system installation.

Improved resistance to microcracking – owing to the use of specially selected fine fillers and additional structural reinforcing with special mix of microfibres.

High bonding to substrates – owing to the content of polymer dispersions, the product ensures bonding to concrete greater than required by the standard and excellent bonding to EPS boards. The mortar adheres well to difficult substrates, e.g. surfaces coated with well bonded paint coatings.

Easy in use – ready-to-use, does not require mixing with water, which, in comparison to cement adhesives, facilitates and accelerates application.

Main properties

  • ATLAS STOPTER K-100 is recommended for use upon façades potentially exposed to mechanical damage – buildings located close to pitches and playgrounds, façades in close neighbourhood of intensive foot traffic, buildings in dense city centres, on plinths, entrances of staircases, etc.
  • ATLAS STOPTER K-100 is recommended as base coat beneath rendering coats applied upon large size surfaces designed with dark, intensive colours – broadens the possibility of free façade colour selection, e.g. allows for decrease of required HBW coefficient even down to 6%.
